Rebuilding the product of a major national financial media from the ground up.
Established in 1982, Challenges is one of the national leading sources for business & investment-focused news.
I was approached by the magazine’s mother company, Groupe Perdriel, to rethink the whole digital platform in a joint re-engineering with sister publication Sciences et Avenir.
We rebuilt the whole platform from the ground up, giving each media their own separated base on the tech side and deeply rethinking the brand and UI for the digital era.
Spanning more than a year, the extensive scale of the project saw us meticulously recruit a whole internal team of experts to successfully carry out each step with us, from content migration to rebuilding the backend from the ground up and, last but not least, bringing an all-new Brand and UI approach.
